Tolerances
Set a plus and minus tolerance per point of measure. A measurement is inside or outside spec by rule, not by someone's judgement of the number.
Spec templates
Build the chart once for a garment class and apply it to every style that uses it. Bulk-apply pushes it across a whole selection at once.
Grading
Grade a base size across the size run with the increments you define, so the graded chart is derived rather than typed thirteen times.
Measured actuals
Record what came back from the factory against the spec and read the variance in place. Fit history stops living in email.
Order size curves
Hold the size breakdown for an order — the ratio and the units per size — and drive requirements from it.
